Random
Selection & Program Management
The
Department of Transportation guidelines require that all D.O.T.
companies randomly drug test their drivers. Effective January
1, 1996, these same companies must also incorporate a random
breath alcohol program. DAT Express Test has developed a random
drug testing and breath alcohol program. This program offers
the following benefits:
-Selections
are randomly made by numerical selection.
-Selections are made by DAT Express Test , thereby alleviating
the concern of someone in your own company making the random
selection.
-No less than 50% of the ENTIRE random pool must be selected
on an annual basis for drug testing and no less than 10% for
alcohol testing.
-Records are kept of all your drivers participating in the
random pool and of all selected drivers.
